Hello everyone!

My name is Tucker Cribbett and I have been with Compass since January of 2024. My goal as an agent is to help families, businesses, and farms find their appropriate insurance needs. I chose Compass because they are team oriented and truly want what’s best for their customers. Compass also assists small communities which is also another reason as to why Compass was a great fit for me. I have been around small communities my whole life, and the closeness thesesmall communities have, Compass embodies the same family oriented approach.

I was born here in Gibson City, IL where my parents, Jeff and Amy, raised myself and my two brothers. Tanner, who just finished his stint in the Army, and Ty who is currently a senior in high school here at GCMS and will be attending Millikin University upon graduation to play baseball.

After I graduated from GCMS, I attended Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL and played two years of baseball. After two years, I decided it was best to come back closer to home and finish my studies at Illinois State University. I graduated from Illinois State with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

After school, I worked at a bank as a teller and within the bank’s wealth management division in Champaign. After a couple of years, I felt it was best for me to come back home and help a great community that has helped me for my whole life.

In my free time I enjoy watching my brother Ty play baseball, hanging out with my family and friends, and coaching basketball down the road at Fisher.
