Hi there! My name is Jessica and I’ve been a Customer Service Rep with Compass since 2018. I first started in insurance a few years prior to that with a larger company, but in 2018, I was given the opportunity to work in my hometown with Compass and am so glad I made the change. I absolutely love the fact that I know mostly all of our customers on a personal level and I strive to maintain that friendly, professional relationship with each one of them. I work strictly on commercial accounts/small businesses, and I also do our group Health accounts. Talk about exciting, right?!
