Hi there! My name is Jen Alexander and I have been with Compass since October of 2023. I was born and raised in Arcola, IL on my family farm. My family has been farming in Arcola for four generations and I am excited to return to my hometown to serve our local commercial clients!

After graduating from Arcola High School in 2017, I attended the University of Illinois and graduated in 2020 with a degree in Agricultural Communications and a double minor in Leadership Studies and Environmental Systems. My husband Marcus and I technically met in 1999 – as we have attended the same church my whole life, but after a lot of encouragement from both of our families, we started dating in 2018 and officially tied the knot in 2021 on the family farm in Arcola. Since I am an only child, Marcus decided to take up the family business and start farming alongside my dad in 2019. Marcus and I currently reside in Tuscola with our cat Missy.

Marcus and I like to spend any free time we have with our two nephews, shopping for unique finds at our local antique stores, doing yard work, or lounging on the couch!
