Greetings, my name is Daniel Herriott!  I joined the Compass team in February 2021.  My passion runs deep for farming and business.  Everyday, I enjoy the opportunity to help others and helping folks with their insurance.

My wife and I have been blessed with three children.  They bring so much joy into our lives each and every day.  Our family has a strong background in agriculture, as I grew up on a grain farm.  I stayed active in 4-H and FFA with projects in swine production, vegetable production and crop production.  I am thankful for the strong work ethics I learned over the years from my family.  I greatly enjoyed my summer projects of selling sweet corn and showing pigs.  We look forward to sharing those experiences with our children.

As a family, we enjoy short weekend trips camping.  We spend our spare time being active in our Church, involved in our local town’s improvement group and the Champaign County Young Ag Leaders.  We are looking forward to keeping these traditions alive with our children.
