Enough about what I do for a living! Now, onto the reason I can work: My Faith, My Wife and Our Children.

I could not do what I do without a Merciful, Sovereign God. He has saved me and led us to a great church family, Christ Community Church of Chenoa, where I serve as an Elder of the church.

They always say behind a successful husband, is a supportive wife. That does not quite cut it here. My wife, Maggie is the glue that holds my family together. Since July of 2008, I have learned just how much she is capable of. Whether it’s her own work (Gibson Area Hospital Lab Tech), Wife, Mom, Homeschool Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, etc. (and there is plenty more!) she is found to be a true Proverbs 31 woman.

Our Children, no matter the time of day that I make it home, they always run to me with open arms yelling for daddy. Even when I was young, I always knew that I wanted to be a husband and father. Our three children (Lucy, Drew and Tess) have been such a blessing to our lives, teaching us sometimes more than we teach them! I can’t imagine our lives without them! They keep us going and fill our hearts each day.

I grew up in Eureka and went to Davenport Elementary, before moving to Roanoke and finishing out School as a Roanoke-Benson Rocket (whopping 1 of 58 in my graduating class!).  We have lived in the Fairbury area (My wife’s hometown) for 10 years and have made our home here. I know many people all throughout the Midwest and enjoy maintaining and building new relationships.
