Hello everyone! My name is Brett Egan.

I started at Compass in late 2020 after graduating from Illinois State University. While being here, I have worked primarily between our Gibson City and LeRoy offices. Over that time, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from families to farmers to businesses across the Central IL area.

In late 2025, I joined the agency’s ownership team and have gotten the opportunity to learn from our leadership team and step into a sales manager position as well. I have been extremely fortunate to be a part of such a great organization like Compass, where we deliver great services to many small towns across central IL.

I was born and raised in LeRoy, where my wife Lauren and I live with our dog Baker. Outside of work, Lauren and I love spending time with Baker as well as both of our friends and families. We are both very active and always like to be doing things, whether that is working out, golfing, or traveling. We both share a love for Notre Dame football, Illinois basketball, and Cardinals Baseball.
