A Bit About Me

Greetings, everyone! My name is Debbie Pfingsten. My husband (Steve) and I are both Iroquois county natives. We raised our daughters (Abby and Maddie) in Watseka. Our Iroquois County roots run deep, and we will always consider it “home”. However, after my husband retired we decided to divide our time between the Illiana area and Florida. While Florida weather is great, it’s not easy giving up life in the Midwest.

I have worked in insurance locally since 2004. I started working with Dick & Andrew Arie at the Arie Agency in Watseka in 2022. I was thrilled when Compass Insurance allowed me to stay on as an agent after purchasing the Arie Agency in 2024.

So, while I may sometimes be calling you from my desk in the Sunshine State, rest assured, we can also meet “face-to-face” if you prefer. I continue to enjoy working with long-term customers I have come to know over the years and appreciate the trust they place in me. I also look forward to meeting new clients and continuing to put my years of experience to good use!
