Allison exemplifies integrity in every aspect of her life. Her honesty and ethical approach to her work are evident in her daily interactions with insurance companies, coworkers, and clients. She holds CSRs and agents accountable for providing accurate information and takes the initiative to dig deeper when something doesn’t look right. Allison’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing ensure that every process is handled with care and precision.
Relationships
Allison’s positive attitude is truly infectious. She is kind, uplifting, and always focused on building others up. Ask anyone—and we mean anyone—who works with Allison, and they’ll tell you she’s one of the most positive people they know. Her willingness to lend a helping hand contributes to a healthy and supportive work environment. Allison is intentional about building positive relationships with agents, CSRs, and personal lines underwriters. She consistently goes above and beyond to get additional information when needed, ensuring her coworkers and customers have everything they need to succeed.
Growth
Allison’s commitment to growth is clear in her work ethic and drive for continuous improvement. She has invested time in thoroughly understanding the recent changes within our personal lines markets and remains dedicated to providing accurate and competitive quotes for our customers during this challenging period. Her dedication to Compass’s growth is evident in the long hours she puts in to complete quotes and her focus on following procedures to improve efficiency. Allison also played a key role in developing the personal lines rating process and helping transition from EZ Lynx to Epic Quotes—showing her willingness to take on new challenges and help Compass evolve.
