Commercial Lines CSR | Bloomington, IL

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join our commercial lines team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our business client relationships, handling service requests, supporting producers, and making sure our commercial accounts are well taken care of from day one through renewal.

When you join us, we expect you to:

  • Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance for commercial accounts
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support producers with quoting, marketing submissions, and account documentation
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our agency management system
  • Identify coverage gaps and communicate proactively with clients to protect their interests
  • Coordinate with teammates across our locations to ensure a consistent, first-class client experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues

What you’ll bring to our team:

  • Illinois Property & Casualty license (required, or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in commercial lines insurance — agency or carrier side preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-centric work ethic and a collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus (we use Applied Epic)
